Providing students with real-world experience.
Southbase creates space for employees to grow and up-skill, both internally and externally through a number of training institutions.
Andrique Alberts, John Gerghty and Damian Lombard have all been part of the Southbase team, whilst completing their studies.
We celebrate the effort they've put towards their studies, and are happy to have provided the room for them to learn practically, developing skills that coincide with their Bachelors Degrees.
We continue to recognise those of our employees who study towards post-tertiary qualifications, and do our part to offer them real-world experience.

Andrique Alberts
Qualification: Bachelor of Construction with a Major in Quantity Surveying.
Role: Full time Junior Quantity Surveyor. Part time during study.
Years at SBC: 1 year
John Geraghty
Qualification: Bachelor of Construction with a Major in Construction Management
Role: Full time construction management cadet - Role includes site logistics, H&S and quality. Part time during study.
Years at SBC: 1 and a ½ Years
Damian Lombard
Qualification: Bachelor of Construction with a Major in Quantity Surveying.
Role: Full time Junior Quantity Surveyor. Part time during study.

We're enthusiastic to hear from students who are studying towards either a Bachelor or Diploma in Construction Management; a Bachelors in Engineering or Architecture.
