Cost planning advice
Part of good design management means the design aligns with the project budget which integrates with construction programming and build methodologies as these components build the project timeline which directly relates to costs.
It is with the incorporation of all the above that allows Preformance to provide robust and accurate cost planning advice via the use of Cost-X, in addition to the 3D BIM model, thus providing the 5D aspect of the BIM process.
This is undertaken independently from any additional cost advice and project costs are calculated as the BIM model is updated throughout each design phase so that budgets are under control and remain uncompromised.
