About the role
The Technical Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by understanding and analysing business requirements, providing data-driven insights, ensuring seamless system integration, documenting processes, and offering technical support and training to end-users. This role ensures that technology solutions effectively meet business objectives.
Key Skills/Competencies:
Strong technical skills in systems administration and database management. |
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Power BI. |
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. |
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities. |
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. |
Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT compliance. |
The role will be based in Parnell, Auckland, there will not be the option to work from home. |
You will have:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration and data analysis. |
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. |
Full New Zealand drivers licence and the rights to live and work in New Zealand. |
