About this role

As a Junior QS, you will support your surrounding team members with day-to-day duties.

Assisting with budgets, claims, cost reports, progress claims and further tasks involving your project

Build strong industry relationships with subcontractors and clients/stakeholders

Work with the Operational team to produce construction methodologies and programs which accurately define the project and comply with the contract requirements

You will comply to Quality & HSE guidelines on site

You will have

The role requires an applicant with commercial main contractor QS experience and a relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.

Proficiency in managing project finances, ensuring alignment with budgets, and handling progress and final contract claims.

Experience in Tendering Process: In-depth involvement in the tendering process, including quantifying projects and preparing tender submissions.

Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Your contractual knowledge is sound and you can point to relevant legislation.

You are a team player and are able to add value as a team member through your individuality.
