About the role:
The Design lead is responsible for managing our design deliverables, with a focus on quality, buildability and cost, to ensure the optimum solution is arrived at |
Provide leadership to the design team, junior team members and work closely with, or at times act as, the design manager on projects |
Exceptional understanding of architecture they will develop designs and documentation that meet client brief, consider buildability, and are coordinated with input from all disciplines. |
You will have:
Degree Qualified in Architecture |
Professional Qualification (Architectural Registration) |
6-10 years’ as an Architect in the commercial and/or residential construction |
BIM: Competent in the use of Revit. |
