Creating attractive, contemporary shared office space for professional companies.
Client Tailorspace and Chambers
Dates - September 2015
Southbase were engaged to create an A-grade fit-out of a shared office situated on an occupied floor of a fully occupied building. The fit-out included suspended ceilings, curved glass, feature hardwood timber partition frames and wall linings. Two companies leased shared spaces and services, whilst maintaining private offices.
Southbase negotiated with the clients during the tendering process, working directly with the clients regarding all construction and financial matters. The Southbase team was mindful of the operating environment within the building, and minimised any disruption and inconvenience to other tenants. Further to this, wherever possible work our team worked outside of office hours, during early mornings, late nights and weekends.
The office space had multiple tenants who shared spaces and services, such as staffroom facilities and a print area. In response to this, Southbase designed practical and cost effective solutions that delivered attractive private office spaces for each company, alongside a working shared space environment. The results were exceptional, fulfilling both tenants’ expectations.
