About this role
The Commercial Manager is responsible for the contractual, financial, and risk management functions of our construction projects. |
You will have a proven track record demonstrating focus on customer relationships and securing work while managing and ensuring all projects are controlled in line with financial return and profitability. |
You will have
This role would suit an applicant with 5+ years of commercial main contractor experience, including any design and build experience, and with relevant tertiary qualifications. |
You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills. |
Your contractual knowledge is sound and can point to relevant legislation. |
You are a team player and are able to add value as a team member through your individuality. |
