Following on from the base build, Southbase provided repair and strengthening to the existing 340sqm, two-storey building. Our team then delivered a high spec fit-out of the Japanese restaurant at ground floor level.
The critical element for this tepan bar was ensuring that the steam extraction system functioned without creating a cold draft for restaurant guests. This was a design and build item that required cowling imported directly from Japan. The Southbase team worked closely with the client, making several modifications in commissioning to ensure successful delivery.
