Aotea College is a co-educational, state secondary school for Years 9-13.

Construction of a large single storey teaching block.  This new facility will comprise of  four ‘houses’ with associated administration spaces, specialist teaching spaces, pastoral care facilities, catering and food technology kitchen/café, library, connections through to the existing gym building, new administration building and connecting pathways as well as demolition of the existing School buildings.
