At a time when all eyes were on Christchurch’s CBD and its post-quake regeneration, our team navigated challenging territory to deliver a highly complex multi-staged development.
About the project
The Crossing is an iconic, cutting-edge retail precinct in the veritable heart of Christchurch. It was constructed in a live CBD environment.
It contains 700+ concrete driven piles, a 45,000m² car park, offices, hospitality and retail tenancies spread over four individual buildings linked through suspended walkways.
We conducted three separate handover programmes to integrate 40 staged handovers for individual tenants.
