Design and construction of an 8MW 5,000m2 data centre which comprises a high-density IT environment. The 5,000m2 single level building was structured using a 500T cladded structural steel frame.

The substructure scope included a raised building platform over 400 screw piles. This project included a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), with core deliverables including the development of a reverse design brief, completion of the design, and open book procurement. The preconstruction services period facilitated early procurement of long lead items from overseas which are vulnerable to the ever changing global economic and social conditions. This strategy proved beneficial as all items arrived prior to when required on site, enabling the programme to remain on target.

The project is delivered with separable portions and early client access for specialist fit-out.
