Will runs Southbase's national operations, drawing on more than 20 years in construction and infrastructure in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Will oversees governance, commercial performance, resource planning and delivery across the business. His focus is financial management, forecasting and risk, so clients get value for money and projects land as planned. He has deep experience in public infrastructure and PPPs. As National Commercial Manager on the New Zealand Schools PPP3 project, he led all commercial aspects of the design and construction contract, working with the Ministry of Education and the project's Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) through design, construction and the operational warranty period.
