Marcus leads Southbase's growth into new sectors, with more than 18 years delivering major projects in New Zealand, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Marcus drives Southbase's move into new sectors and champions its design and build and managing contractor models. He also supports the COO with strategic planning. He has deep experience in ECI, PCSA and design and build contracts, and a strong track record in the financial management of large projects. He's skilled in contract administration under NZS, JCT, FIDIC and NEC forms and works closely with project stakeholders from the start.
