Karl leads the delivery of large projects with multiple workstreams, overseeing design, commercial, safety, quality, environmental and stakeholder management. He has led projects worth more than $500 million.
He leads by example and builds the trust teams need to make clear decisions early and keep projects moving. He also brings a commercial lens from advising clients and contractors across the full construction lifecycle.
