GM Commercial at Southbase
Jonathan leads Southbase's commercial function, with more than 30 years in construction and infrastructure in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Jonathan oversees procurement, contract administration, forecasting and commercial performance across Southbase's projects. He sets up clear commercial frameworks that support good decisions and manage risk from tender through to close-out.
He has held senior commercial roles on some of New Zealand's most significant projects, including Commercial Director on the New Zealand International Convention Centre and Head of Commercial for Construction at Summerset. Earlier in his career he worked with Fletcher Construction, Hawkins, Ebert Construction and Bovis Lend Lease.
