Heath is a highly skilled and experienced engineering and design professional with over 18 years’ experience.
He has successfully delivered projects across a range of industry sectors (such as education, industrial, sports, health care, commercial, civic, retail, residential and data centres) in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, providing robust design leadership on the most complex projects.
With specialist skills in sustainable design and energy efficiency, Heath’s skillset is a unique blend of commercial and technical understanding which, coupled with his outstanding communication skills, supports his ability to collaborate effectively to achieve the highest quality project outcomes. As Design Director, Heath is responsible for the successful delivery of projects (from both a commercial and technical aspect) as well as team management, holding multiple direct reports. In this role, he brings a sound understanding of the building code, relevant industry regulations and standards, the design and construction process across all disciplines, and health and safety. He provides technical oversight of projects and assists in identification and mitigation of risks, and management of scope of services. Health also plays a key part in our R&D initiatives.
