Charlotte is a P&C leader with more than 15 years of experience across construction, infrastructure, telecommunications and energy sectors in New Zealand.
Charlotte drives and delivers P&C initiatives across Southbase, partnering with leaders to strengthen capability, foster employee engagement and support a high-performing, values-led culture. She works across organisational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership development and workforce planning to ensure people strategies translate into meaningful business outcomes.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has delivered large-scale organisational change programmes, developed and delivered strategic HR initiatives, and managed complex employment relations matters across diverse and geographically dispersed workforces.
