GM Strategic Growth & Preconstruction at Southbase
Adam leads preconstruction and strategic growth at Southbase, after nearly two decades in commercial and project leadership.
Adam began his career as a quantity surveyor at Hawkins and joined Southbase in 2013, after progressing through roles, he went on to lead the South Island business. He oversaw major projects including the $270 million New Dunedin Hospital Outpatient Building, Te Rangihīroa and Tupuānuku student accommodation, and the Linwood College redevelopment.
His strengths are procurement, design and build strategy, contract management and financial reporting. Years of early contractor involvement and design and build work give him a clear view of what clients need from a project and how to deliver it.
