About the project
The Crossing is an iconic, cutting-edge retail precinct in the veritable heart of Christchurch. It was constructed in a live CBD environment.
It contains 700+ concrete driven piles, a 45,000m2 car park, offices, hospitality and retail tenancies spread over four individual buildings linked through suspended walkways.
We conducted three separate handover programmes to integrate 40 staged handovers for individual tenants.
