About this role
You will be stepping into a project that fits with your existing skills and experience with very clear progression opportunities to stretch yourself under individual mentoring and guidance. |
This role will see you lead the project planning/project set up, whilst being the principal company representative on the construction site and the key contact for sub-contractors, architects, and engineers and shall be responsible for keeping the client updated on progress. |
Client and stakeholder engagement, team building and HSE are all part of this role. |
You will have
This role would suit an applicant with at least 4 - 8 years of commercial main contractor PM experience, including any design and build experience, and with relevant qualifications. |
You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills. |
You enjoy driving progress on jobs, and have a sharp eye for detail when reading plans and specifications. |
Your contractual knowledge is sound and can point to relevant legislation. |
You are a team player and are able to add value as a team member through your individuality. |
