About the role:

The Site Manager assumes overall accountability for the control of the site team.

Being a principal company representative on the construction site, he/she ensures safety, quality, cost, and time requirements are adhered to throughout the duration of the contract, including the maintenance period that follows.

As a pivotal member of the delivery team, the Site Manager must lead by example, providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring of team members, whilst directly and indirectly contributing towards day-to-delivery, competitive strategy and net margin return.

You will have:

3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Foreman or Site Manager in projects ranging from $40m +

A successful track record in leadership positions with the ability to motivate team members and drive success is paramount.
